Perform the exercises found in the "Effective Exercises" section for at least a half hour to an hour per day (5-7 days per week). If you are trying to burn fat, I would highly recommend for you to combine cardio with these exercises by going jogging outside and/ or using a treadmill for at least an hour to two hours per day (5-7 days per week).
